Geofencing: Never cool an empty home. Based on the residents' location, tado° notifies you to turn off your air conditioner / heat pump when the last person has left home or to start cooling or warming the house before you arrive. You can automate this skill with Auto-Assist.
Open Window Detection: Don’t cool a room if there is no need - the tado° Smart AC Control V3+ notices an open window and lets you turn off the air conditioner effortlessly, saving you energy.
Weather Adaptation: tado° adapts the way it cools using the weather forecast. On cloudy days your home will be cooled less than on sunny days, reducing energy consumption.
Statistics & Reports: See the temperature & humidity profiles, cooling & weather activity, when the windows were opened, and how much you have saved.
Air Comfort: tado° helps you achieve a healthier indoor climate, with insights and specific advice, e.g. when, and for how long, to open the windows, or if a room has a risk of developing mold.
Smart Schedule: Simply choose your desired day and night time temperatures. Set up your individual smart schedule, as simple or as complex as you need it to be. It only activates if somebody is home. You can also customise the settings.

Delivery Within Australia:
Our primary delivery partner is Australia Post. Other partners we use may include Toll or Aramex. In the event where your order has more than one product, it may be fulfilled by one of our delivery partners and arrive separately. You will be notified once the items have left our warehouse.

If there are any issues with your order, or the delivery associated with the products you've ordered, we will be in contact with you as quick as we can. Please ensure your address is correct as it may be difficult for us to change it once your order has been processed.

*excluding weekends and public holidays. During high demand periods such as sales and promotional periods, there may be a slight delay in dispatch and delivery.
As we are based in Sydney, NSW, to remain Covid safe we have reduced the amount of people working both in our office and warehouse. During this lockdown period, we are receiving a higher volume of orders than normal. As such, we may experience a slight delay in processing your order.
To keep any possible delay to an absolute minimum, we have introduced longer office and warehouse operating hours, along with delivery shifts, to ensure orders continue to be processed as close to 24-48 business hours as possible.
If any delay does occur, we will notify you by email within the standard order processing times.
Please note, Australia Post has temporarily made the 'Next Business Day' guarantee unavailable due to COVID-19 restrictions. Express Post still takes priority and is still being delivered within the 3 business day estimate.

Changed your mind? Don't stress... You've got 30 days to send your order back for an exchange or full refund.
Your unused item and all its packaging must be in the same condition as it was when you received it. Any item or packaging not in its original condition, damaged, or has missing parts may be ineligible for a refund or exchange. In this case, you will be responsible for the postage back to you.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know via email that we’ve received and inspected your item. If eligible for a refund, we’ll have it processed within 24 business hours - funds usually take up to 72 business hours to clear in most cases.
Sale items (if applicable)
As items that fall within the sale category on this website are on final clearance, we cannot offer a change of mind refund on these orders. If a product you've received from the clearance section is faulty, please contact us and we can arrange a resolution for you.
All products at Tekitin Technology have a minimum of 1 Year Manufacturers Warranty. If you believe that a product that you have purchased from us is faulty please contact us via email at email@example.com
Many manufacturers have dedicated support centres designed specifically to deal with issues in relation to their products and may even provide in home support and advanced trouble shooting. In many circumstances the manufacturer may therefore be able to provide a quicker assessment of, and remedy for, any issue with your product, even if the manufacturer’s warranty has expired. You may therefore prefer to contact the manufacturer rather than Tekitin Technology, although you are not obliged to do this and, if at any time you are not satisfied with the manufacturer’s remedy in relation to your legal rights, you can contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
